This series comprises editions of Suffolk's outstanding series of cartularies and original charters. All documents are printed in full up to a date of c. 1250; beyond that an English abstract is generally given. Documents printed in Latin or French have an English abstract at the head, and all documents have a note at the foot on date, the particulars of the document and seal, and previous editions.
