These alphabetically ordered notes provide a collection of conventions which we prefer to follow.

- Indexing: A Guide for Authors
- This guide is intended primarily for authors who, for the first time, need to index their own work; it also includes information on how indexes should be formatted and submitted to Boydell & Brewer. It is not intended to be exhaustive. If you want to know more about indexing see the Further Reading section at the end of the guide

- Arthurian Literature Style Notes (download - zipped Word document 10KB)
- Arthurian Literature (now incorporating Arthurian Yearbook), an interdisciplinary publication devoted to the scholarly and critical study of all aspects of the Arthurian legend in Europe in the medieval and early modern periods, is now under the new editorship of Keith Busby, and articles are actively being sought for future issues. A new departure will be volumes planned around a particular theme: the next will be comedy in the Arthurian legends, and items on this topic are particularly encouraged, although others will of course continue to be considered.
