Books may ONLY be returned with prior authorization, and in new, resalable condition. They must be sent to our fulfilment warehouse addressed as follows: Boydell & Brewer Returns are accepted up to one year after the
original order. The customer making the return must be the original purchaser of
the returned book(s.) Returns must be accompanied by a packing list indicating
quantity, discount received, and original URP invoice number. If no original
invoice information is provided, credit will be issued at the Publisher’s
discretion (normally at maximum trade discount allowable). Claims for damages,
defects, shortages, and shipping errors must be made within 30 days of ship
date.

As one of our authors, you are entitled to 30% discount on any books that we publish or distribute. This discount will be calculated on your receipt at the end of this ordering process. If you are ordering copies of your own book, you are entitled to higher rates of discount. To take advantage of this, please contact us separately, as our online ordering system does not apply these discounts. Postage is charged at the standard rate detailed above.
Text Examination Policy
All requests for examination copies must be submitted on departmental letterhead and must indicate the name of the course, the expected enrolment, and the teaching dates. Send request to the attention of the Sales Department. Clothbound books requested for classroom use will be invoiced on 60-day approval. The invoice will be cancelled if we are notified of an adoption within that time. If the book is not adopted, you may either return the book or pay the invoice. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
