Location and Travel Information: The Ohio State University is served by Columbus International Airport (airport code CMX). The campus and hotel are close to Interstate 71 and State Route 315.

The conference hotel is the University Plaza Hotel and Conference Center. A limited number of accommodations have been reserved for conference participants at the University Plaza Hotel. The conference rate is $94 a night; to secure this rate, please make your reservation by phone by September 25 (telephone 614-267-7461; toll free 877-677-5292). Please be sure to state that you are attending the Medievalism conference when making your reservation.

The conference sessions will be on the campus of The Ohio State University. Parking is available at the hotel and on campus (there is a fee for on-campus parking). We will announce arrangements for additional transportation between the hotel and campus later this summer.
