Returns
If you are not happy with the goods you receive from us, you are entitled to return them, provided you notify us within seven days of receipt. We will normally allow you to return them after this period, but this is at our discretion. In either case please contact us if you wish to return goods, clearly stating the reason for return.

Author Terms and Conditions
As one of our authors, you are entitled to 30% discount on any books that we publish or distribute. This discount will be calculated on your receipt at the end of this ordering process.
Postage is charged at the following rates on discounted author orders:
